BBQ at Wainuiomata. 30 March 2003
A great array of Citroëns and their owners turned up for a BBQ luncheon at Walter and Daisy's property among the forests of Wainuiomata. It was a great setting, and turned out to be our last hot day of summer. Walter has never had so many Citroëns to adorn his driveway. At left are just three of those, a Light 15, ZX Estate and 2CV Dolly. |

2nd March 2003 - Grass Gymkhana & AGM at Palmerston North
Held on private property on the outskirts of Palmerston North, enthusiasts gathered for a picnic lunch, followed by the Club 's AGM and some interesting driving events. No matter what sort of vehicle, or age of competitor, we all had a lot of fun. At right: A group discussing tactics Glen Mitchell driving his DS23 Pallas was declared overall winner. Oldest member Daniel Poll-Jonker did well in his ZX Furio Coupe. Pam Gerrie brought along her new C3, and oldest vehicle was Graeme Hill's 1955 Light 15. |
